Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Booking & payment

Each booking is for a specific pool session on a set date and time. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system, and you'll receive an email confirmation with a link to manage your booking.

Rescheduling & cancelling

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your session, using the link in your confirmation email. Requests made within 48 hours of your session can't be guaranteed and are handled case by case — please contact us directly if this applies to you.

Refunds

Because this booking is for a leisure activity on a specific date and time, it's exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (regulation 28(1)(g)). Refunds are given at our discretion for cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance. If we have to cancel your session — for example, due to unexpected pool closure or maintenance — we'll offer you a full refund or a free reschedule.

Pool safety

There is no lifeguard on duty and swimming is at your own risk. A competent swimmer must be present in the water at all times, and children must be accompanied by an adult. Full pool rules and safety information are on our Pool Rules & FAQ page.

No Lone Swimming

For the safety of all our customers, and in accordance with our health and safety and insurance requirements, lone swimming is strictly prohibited.

There must always be a minimum of two people present during a swimming session (one person must remain capable of raising the alarm and providing assistance in an emergency).

This rule is in place to ensure that help can be sought quickly in the event of an accident or medical emergency.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to a service carried out with reasonable care and skill.
