• Swimming aids must be used for incompetent swimmers
• There must be a competent swimmer in the water at all times
• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• Swim / water nappies must be worn for children that aren’t toilet trained (any mishaps must be reported back to us immediately)
• Shoes must be removed as you enter and placed on the shoe rack provided
• Please shower before entering the pool
• Please be considerate for the next pool user (leave the pool and changing rooms clean and tidy)
• Please take away any rubbish you have, including nappies
• Do not remove any electrical socket covers or use the plug sockets
• Swimmers must use the squeegee / mop provided to dry up any excess water around the pool, in the changing room and toilet
• Please remove plasters before entering the water
• Please wear a verruca sock if you have a verruca when present
• Be considerate for neighbouring properties, including leaving their driveway access clear
• There must be a mobile phone present in case emergency services are required * Any injuries must be reported back to us
• Any damages must be paid for in full

• Please consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions that may be affected by the pool’s chemicals or environment.
• We record the pool’s chemical levels and temperature daily. These can be provided upon request.
• Guests should be in good health and take extra care if having eaten in the hour before your swim session.
• Do not enter the pool under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• There is no lifeguard present, you swim at your own risk.
• Please report back to us if you find anything damaged or untidy / unsafe. *If you’re concerned about the water quality, contact us immediately.

For the safety of all our customers, and in accordance with our health and safety and insurance requirements, lone swimming is strictly prohibited.

There must always be a minimum of two people present during a swimming session (one person must remain capable of raising the alarm and providing assistance in an emergency).

This rule is in place to ensure that help can be sought quickly in the event of an accident or medical emergency.

Yes we have ample parking on site.

Yes, providing you do so within 48 hours of the booking. We will do our best to accommodate where we can outside of this timeframe but can make no guarantees.

The family swim session allows up to six swimmers in total, due to the size of the pool we cannot have more than this currently.

All payments are processed online and we accept all major cards.

Yes, we have two dedicated changing rooms. We are also adding an additional changing area, which will have a bench and another cubicle. Shoe rack and coat rack avoiding clothes/shoes by the pool side.

Yes, we have a fully functioning shower room.
